About Elliott Homes
The Elliott Homes Tradition of Excellence
Founded by Harry Elliott in 1914, Elliott Homes has built more than 25,000 single-family homes throughout California and Arizona — creating sought-after communities in desirable neighborhoods for over 100 years. As a fourth-generation privately-owned builder, the Elliott Homes team understands the importance of family and how much of an impact your home can have on your life. Constantly adapting to industry changes and shifts in best practices, homeowners can rest assured that their Elliott Home will be built to the highest standards of quality, craftsmanship and safety.
The Elliott Homes Timeline
With over 100 years of experience as a four-generation family enterprise, Elliott Homes is known for being an innovative, forward-thinking builder while still staying true to its humble roots.
Harry Elliott was born in Missouri, then moved to Aberdeen, Washington. He became a builder of homes, bridges, roads and barns.

HC and family moved to northern California for cheaper land. Their first major project was redeveloping the Livermore airport to a residential area with 2,000 homes.
Harry III joined his dad’s home building business.

Harry III took over as President after HC retired.
