The lots range from 78-90 feet in width, with the new construction homes taking up only 66 feet of that space - which means more space between each home. Three new floor plans range from three bedroom, two bathrooms to four bedrooms, 2 ½ bathrooms.

The layout of a well-designed home should focus on “flow."  With that in mind, Mr. Elliott was meticulous in creating innovative floor plans for the Riverwalk community.  Features such as oversized great rooms and split plans where the master bedroom resides on the opposite end from the other bedrooms are common themes with these plans.
