February Kick Off Incentive!

AZ, Phoenix – We are off to a wonderful new year in 2012 with 4 sales in January and lots of potential buyers in what we call the “consideration stage”. We had no sales in the Phoenix area this last week, and therefore want to give you a reason to JUMP OFF THE FENCE, this week!

The first four buyers who sign contract this week on a home under construction or in inventory will still get the $5,000 incentive at Parke at Laveen Meadows or the $7,500 incentive at Riverwalk Estates PLUS we will throw in the refrigerator and window treatments. The refrigerator is an Energy Star Whirlpool (model ED5FHEXVQ/B) in either white or black. The window treatments are 2” faux wood blinds in one of three colors. An estimated value of $2,600.

Elliott Homes requires a $500 earnest deposit for any inventory home. Should the buyer add options or upgrades, we will also take a 20% non-refundable options deposit at the time of contract on those increases. Buyers will need to qualify through our preferred lender, IMORTGAGE.
