	All Elliott Homes come with a New Home Warranty!
	QUALITY OF CONSTRUCTION: Elliott Homes takes extreme pride in the quality of construction of our homes. The following are a few items that we include to extend the life of the home to avoid future warranty issues:
	1. Tyvek House Wrap or equivalent California only) which reduces air and moisture infiltration.
	2. Houses are individually inspected for proper roof, window and exterior stucco installation as a safeguard against water intrusion.
	3. Full mortar set tile in all baths in lieu of standard thin set method
