Connie Davis
Connie Davis has been a sales representative with Elliott Homes for more than 15 years and has sold more than 900 homes in the greater Sacramento area. Born and raised in the Sacramento area, Connie began her career in real estate with the California Building Industry Association and has worked in sales and marketing since 1984.

    Juliana Garcia
Juliana Garcia has been a part of the Elliott team for almost four years. She is in the process of completing her Masters of Business Administration.

    Kim Johnstone
Kim Johnstone has been on the Elliott team for 15 years, selling more than 800 homes in Elk Grove, Galt, Folsom, Rocklin and Roseville. A Sacramento native, Kim graduated from Chico State College and has a Bachelor of Arts degree in social welfare and corrections. Over the years, she has accumulated many awards for her accomplishments. Kim says that, after a buyer signs a contract, they just don’t say goodbye. She says she has made many friends along the way.

    Steve Light
Steve Light describes himself as a “local” – born and raised in the Sacramento area. He currently lives in Roseville in an Elliott Home. Before getting his real estate license, Steve worked on the construction side of Elliott homes, so he had the opportunity to see an Elliott home built from start to finish. Steve says that experience proved to be a great education.

    Cheryl Morrissette
Cheryl Morrissette began her real estate career 22 years ago and joined the Elliott Homes team in 2000. Her original job in the mortgage field was document drawer, but Cheryl shortly moved her way up to underwriting. Cheryl spent nine years as real estate appraiser for single family residences and 2-4 units. Her vast experience in the field assists Cheryl in understanding clients’ needs and concerns during the buying process with Elliott Homes.

    Larry Thompson
Larry Thompson has been in new home sales for 31 years and with Elliott Homes for 20 years. During his career, Larry has won numerous awards. He has a lifetime membership in the National Association of Home Builders and a Lifetime Achievement Award from Elliott Homes. Larry says he is most proud of his two Golden Sammies.

Superintendents, Home Care Technicians and Inspectors
    Gary Adams – Superintendent
Gary Adams has been dedicated to Elliott Homes for more than 35 years. He started as a laborer and worked his way up to superintendent. He describes himself as a “hands-on” kind of guy who learned his trade by observing and communicating. Gary says his name is his reputation, and he prides himself on all of his accomplishments at Elliott Homes. He says the sign of a good employee is taking a mistake and turning it into something positive.

“Harry Elliott truly cares about quality and cares for the homeowners and his employees. Quality and caring are my two words to describe Elliott Homes.”
    Mike Boeger – Home Care Technician
Mike describes himself as a self-taught jack-of-all trades when it comes to construction. After 20 years in the industry, he knows a lot about the home building process. He joined the Elliott Homes team in 2000 as a detailer and was promoted to home care technician three years later. Mike enjoys assisting homeowners with all aspects of their Elliott home.

    Bob Grexton – Home Care Technician
Bob Grexton seems to be king of long-term relationships. He celebrated his 25th year with Elliott Homes in March, 2008. He is currently in his 23rd year as a superintendent. Prior to working for Elliott Homes, Bob worked for nine years painting Elliott Homes through a separate contractor. Bob has been married over 30 years and has three children and one grandchild.

    Mike Lake - Home Care Technician
Michael Lake has been a part of the Elliott Homes team for almost 20 years. Over the years, Michael has done service and detail work. He has also worked as superintendent.

    Dewitt Lunsford – Home Care Technician
Dewitt Lunsford joined Elliott Homes in the spring of 2000 as a Detailer at Rocklin Highlands. A year later, he moved to the Customer Service Department. He is currently a Home Care Technician. Dewitt says that he has enjoyed learning the many aspects of his jobs with Elliott Homes and interacting with Trade Partners, Construction Staff, Sales Representatives and office staff.

    Ryan Lunsford – Home Care Technician
Ryan Lunsford began his career with Elliott Homes in 2000 as assistant superintendent. He says that Elliott Homes has allowed him to grow as an employee through working with seasoned Superintendents, who eagerly passed along their knowledge and skills. In 2004 Ryan was promoted to Superintendent.

“Working for Elliott Homes, I have been given the opportunity to provide to other families the place they will call home, the place where parents will raise their children and the hub from which they will conduct their lives.”
    Ken Peterson – Superintendent
Ken Peterson started with Elliott Homes more than 10 years ago. He began his tenure as an Assistant Superintendent and was promoted to Superintendent about 5 years ago.

    Mark Regan – Superintendent
Mark Regan was born in Sacramento, California, and raised in Rancho Cordova. Of his 24 years in construction, 14 have been with Elliott Homes. His older brother, who works in land development, is also a part of the Elliott Homes family. Mark is married, has four children and currently lives in Diamond Springs.

    John Seidel – Superintendent and Home Care Technician
John Seidel was born in Woodland and raised in Sacramento. He joined the Elliott Homes team in 2000, bringing with him 11 years of experience in the industry. John began as a Detailer and within a year he was promoted to Assistant Superintendent. By 2003, John was Superintendent / Home Care Technician, where he remains today. Both in 2006 and 2007, John was recognized as Superintendent of the Year by Elliott Homes.

    Joseph Strode – In-House Home Inspector
Joseph Strode says he looks forward to meeting Elliott homeowners on their 30 day and 11th month inspections. He has worked for Elliott Homes for 21 years where he has held a number of positions. Joseph considers it a privilege to have had the opportunity to learn so much about the start to finish of residential construction, as well as customer service.
